How We Work
We meet at your home, listen to your vision, assess the space, and ask the right questions before anything else. The consultation is free.
You get a clear, itemized written scope within 48 hours of the site visit. Not a lump sum, not a number scribbled on a business card. We walk through it together, line by line, before anything is signed.
We build a realistic schedule, confirm trade partners, pull permits, and order long-lead materials before breaking ground.
A written update every Tuesday and Friday with photos, and an open line of communication throughout every phase of your build.
We don't consider a project done until you do. Punch list completed, warranties delivered, fully satisfied.
You receive a written one-year workmanship warranty from substantial completion, with manufacturer warranties passed through and your statutory rights preserved. If something is wrong, you tell us in writing and we fix it at no cost.
Your price changes only when you approve a change in writing. Every change order is signed before the work happens.
